the location is in a beautiful plaza de cort. the staff were very friendly and helpful to me. the room was stylish and clean to me.

the room i stayed in lacked light. there was only two small windows looking at another building that was super close to me. breakfast was à la carte and there were few options available.

I found the location to be excellent. It was very quiet at night, surprisingly! This ensured restful sleep. The building felt special, nestled within the historic Placa de Cort area. The breakfast was lovely, with a wide choice of options and delicious coffee.

The room lacked light, a minor inconvenience. There were only two small windows. These faced another building that was super close!

the third-floor suite offered beautiful design and comfortable beds, a great bathroom, and a lovely view of the plaza. service at reception WAS excellent. jose proved friendly and accommodating. mikaela assisted with our complicated airline reservations and was always attentive and professional.

The only slight issue concerned the church bells near the hotel that rang on a regular basis. Even late into the evenings.

The superior suite was really good with a double shower room. It felt spacious and luxurious. breakfast inclusion was a treat given the price, it felt deserved! the hotel's location opposite the town hall added to the charm, i loved stepping out into the vibrant center. the staff were attentive.

The air conditioning in the room did not work effectively. It made the room unbearably warm.
